Suppliers must conduct business with integrity, transparency, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and fair competition practices.

Suppliers must maintain accurate records and must not engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices.

Suppliers who handle data on behalf of Galax Studios must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect that data. All data processing must comply with applicable privacy laws.

Suppliers must promptly notify Galax Studios of any data breaches or security incidents that may affect our data or systems.

We encourage suppliers to adopt environmentally sustainable practices, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible resource management.

Suppliers providing physical products or infrastructure should prioritize materials and methods that minimize environmental impact.

Galax Studios values diversity in our supply chain. We encourage and actively seek partnerships with businesses owned by underrepresented groups, including minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned enterprises.
